PATTISON Outdoor has been one of VIBE’s Platinum Partners year after year, working alongside us to provide space for artwork to be seen by audiences all across Toronto. From hand painted, youth designed, artwork on the sides of TTC buses in our 2013 Youth Xpress program to the most recent iteration of Desire Lines with artwork on display in eight TTC stations across Toronto. From celebrating the Pan-Am Games, to Canada 150, to environmental advocacy posters, PATTISON has created unique opportunities for children and youth to share their work and see themselves as artists.

From celebrating the Pan-Am Games, to Canada 150, to Earth Day environmental advocacy murals, PATTISON has created unique opportunities for children and youth to share their work and see themselves as artists. In 2019, VIBE and PATTISON launched a new project, Desire Lines, in partnership with RBC. This program provides a cohort of equity-seeking, youth artists employment and mentorship opportunities and the resources to create their own original 4’x6′ artworks that are publicly exhibited in subway stations across Toronto. Desire Lines has been a catalyst for many of our artists to be able to see themselves as more established in their careers and grow their audiences.
In 2021, we are excited to launch Desire Lines:Womxn’s Work. This iteration of the program profiles emerging womxn-identifying artists who are on their way to an established artistic career. Working together with PATTISON we have found ways to amplify the voices of young artists, give space for original artworks, share diverse stories and platform emerging artists building their careers. We are so grateful to PATTISON for their continued support and belief in the power of the arts to make our city more vibrant. We look forward to continuing to share stories that emerge from this partnership!
TD Friends of Environment Green Art in Action Project: In 2019 VIBE, in collaboration with TD and PATTISON Outdoor Advertising, engaged 15 community partners and youth groups across Ontario in hands-on arts workshops and discussions around environmental issues. This resulted in the creation of environmental-themed murals, displayed in subway stations across Toronto.
