The Lawrence Park Art Show is an annual art exhibition and sale hosted and sponsored by the Lawrence Park Community Church, located at Bayview Avenue and Lawrence Avenue East in North York. This year, the three-day event spans the weekend of October 12-14 and boasts four gallery exhibitions. Three of the galleries will feature work from local talent and the fourth is set to showcase creations from VIBE Arts’ youth artist roster!
VIBE Arts is honoured to announce that, for the second year in a row, the Lawrence Park Art Show has selected VIBE Arts as the beneficiary of the event. This partnership is made possible by both groups’ shared understanding of the importance of supporting youth expression and programming. Lawrence Park Community Church offers ‘a rich program of activities for children, youth and adults’ and their collaboration with VIBE is proof that they truly do ‘believe in our youth!’.
The VIBE Arts team is working closely with the Lawrence Park Community as the show quickly approaches. All are encouraged to attend and support the arts from October 12-14 at Lawrence Park Community Church. The show is a free event, with tickets available for a party on opening night, Friday, October 12 from 7-9pm. Buy them online at the Lawrence Park Art Show website, or by phone at 416-489-1551.
