These aren’t just art workshops.
But when we nurture the imaginations of young people today, we plant seeds for a future full of creativity, connection, and hope.
Help us support land-based, Indigenous-led arts programs in Toronto where young people can learn much more than creative skills. They are learn to:
🌿 Observe the world with curiosity and care
🌿 Work in community, not competition
🌿 Dream up solutions rooted in respect, connection, and sustainability
$175 covers an artist fee to assist a lacrosse-stick making program that becomes a space for collaboration and harvesting nature’s resources to create something special.
$250 covers an artist fee for an Indigenous artist to lead one beadwork workshop that becomes a lesson in storytelling and patience.
At a time when climate change, disconnection, and inequity can feel overwhelming, these programs offer something powerful.
